Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Sella account and all the data associated with it (your profile, listings, photos, messages, saved ads and notifications) at any time.

How to request deletion

• Email admin@sella.co.ke from the email address registered to your account (or the email linked to your Google/Facebook login) with the subject "Delete my account".
• We verify the request and permanently erase your account and all associated data within 7 days, and confirm by email once done.

Remove individual ads yourself

If you only want to take down a listing, sign in and go to My adverts → Delete on any ad — it is removed immediately.

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Sella from your Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and Websites). To then delete the data we hold, follow the email steps above.
