PPP TV (a service of Ngomma Value Added Services Limited) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This page describes the standards we hold the PPP TV app and pppfan.com (together, the "Service") to, and how to report a concern.
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. Meet Up profiles, direct messaging, and the ability to post photos and video are adult-oriented features by design — signing up requires a phone number verified by a one-time code, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an active account. If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, we deactivate it and remove its content.
Every post, profile, and conversation in the app has a Report option, reachable from its "..." menu. Reports go directly to our moderation team for review, and the account or content in question can be actioned — including removal and a permanent block — without waiting on the reported user's response. You can also block any user directly, which immediately stops them from contacting you or appearing in your feed.
If what you've found is, or may be, child sexual abuse material or evidence of a child being groomed or exploited, please report it in-app and email us directly so it reaches our team immediately:
Reported content and accounts are reviewed by our team. Confirmed violations result in immediate content removal and account suspension or a permanent ban. Where required by Kenyan law or applicable international standards, we preserve relevant records and report confirmed CSAE material to the appropriate national authorities and/or recognised international bodies such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Questions about these standards, or to reach our designated child-safety point of contact directly, email clemo@ngomma.com. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
